"Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlen konnte. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das große Badezimmer, das mit hochwertigen Amenities ausgestattet war. Das Personal war während des gesamten Aufenthalts immer sehr, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend – sowohl beim Check-in als auch beim Frühstück. Beim Check-out haben wir sogar vietnamesischen Kaffee geschenkt bekommen, was eine besonders nette Geste war. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend: Es liegt direkt in der Innenstadt und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hoan-Kiem-See. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ein Highlight – es gab ein reichhaltiges Buffet, zusätzlich konnte man kostenlos und unbegrenzt Gerichte von der Frühstückskarte bestellen. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, den wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen würden."

"I recently stayed at Hotel du lac signature, a newly opened property in Hanoi’s Old Town, and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The check-in process was very smooth, including an airport-transfer offer via mail in advance, and the staff were exceptionally attentive, polite, and courteous. They truly made me feel like a valued guest at all times. What stood out most was the consistently high level of guest recognition—several team members greeted us by name, which felt genuinely warm and personalized. Special thanks to manager Thomas and his team for their thoughtful care. The hotel’s location is central in the Old Town, with easy access to the "Silk-Road" and a wide array of dining options within walking distance. The iconic "Train Street" is also nearby, adding to the vibrant atmosphere of the neighborhood. Please note that the rooftop terrace and the second bar were not yet open at the time of our stay, but renderings suggest an exciting additional experience once they debut. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed, balcony with view over the old-town, ample lighting, and modern amenities including reliable Wi-Fi. Breakfast offered a very good mix of continental and local options, with fresh fruit and excellent coffee. The pool area provided a relaxing retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, the service quality was exceptional, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel truly valued as guests. "
