The main king bedroom features a cozy fireplace for relaxing evenings, while the second king suite is accessed via a private connecting patio, offering comfort and privacy. Outside, enjoy resort-style amenities including a sparkling pool, tennis court, and lush gardens. Hike or bike nearby trails, then return to the peaceful warmth of your Casita—luxury living without the crowds. A very private one bedroom casita with full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. Additional bedroom with King bed and private bathroom is accessed via the patio through French doors. Guests can use the tennis court and relax in their own private fenced yard. Pool is available at all times, although it is not heated. Hot tub is available on request. A $20.00 usage fee is needed to get it hot (It's big!) We live on the property, but it is very private and very often we don't see our guests. I can be reached easily by phone or text if something is needed! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood that evokes a country vibe, the casita is accessible to all San Diego has to offer. Hiking trails are just outside with the beaches, local restaurants, and boutique shops just a short drive away. A car is ideal, but Uber and Lift can be called The city of Encinitas charges an additional 10% TOT tax which I will add to the booking after confirmation.
