„This is seriously one of the best places I have ever visited. The staff were absolutely incredible -- they helped plan out my itinerary, arranged all the tickets, provided transportation. They didn't get into any games if up selling stuff. Everything was just honest support. The rooms and views were spectacular. Super clean. I rarely give reviews but the staff here are deserving of recognition. Absolutely one of the best places I've stayed.“

„The room is spacious and clean with many impressive smart appliances, beds are super comfortable, separate bathroom with nice rainfall shower and bathtub and a toilet room with a washer for laundry. Hotel owner is very nice and friendly, even helped with picking up online shopping delivery at a nearby pickup point. Free breakfast is simple and delicious, cooked by the owner’s mother, home cooking style with local ingredients. Very pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend!“

„It's so clean because it's new, the garden is pretty, and the staff is so kind. It's a little quiet, so it's not crowded and it's good to go out nearby by bicycle or Didi. Breakfast is delicious and laundry service is free, so I used it well. I want to use it again on my next visit to Hangzhou! However, it was a little disappointing that there were no English-speaking employees because it was a place where many locals went. If that was solved, it would be perfect.“

"Ein sehr schönes Hotel, tolle Aussicht, sehr freundliches Personal und wirklich exzellentes Frühstück. Das gebuchte Doppelzimmer schien mir etwas klein zu sein, und deshalb haben wir auf die Grand Suite umgebucht. Ein Volltreffer !! Eine absolut fantastische Aussicht. (Kleiner minus Punkt) die Rezeption war beim Ein- und Auschecken sehr voll und dadurch kam es zu ziemlich langen Wartezeiten."
