„Exactly as advertised. Good location with easy drive to downtown, Broncos Stadium, etc. Neighborhood a little run down. It’s one of those in transition. Park nearby was perfect for walking the Dogs. Small homeless encampment at park was not an issue. Property is well maintained. Jason was very responsive. Was easy to get an Uber to and from property if you don’t want to drive through downtown. Diner nearby on the corner of Colfax had fantastic breakfast options. Overall a perfect choice for us ...
