„This place is beautiful we stayed for two nights. It’s clean very spacious they welcome us with complementary bottled waters and snacks. And the Alpacas were so cute one of the best scenery. I would love to stay there again. And the host was very communicative. If i can give 6 stars I would love to do so.“

„Lovely lil stay in the county. The place was super clean, stocked with basics (spices, oil, coffee, cooking supplies. The beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub because of afternoon storms but perfect for a getaway. “

„Clean and cozy old farmhouse on the river. The hosts were fabulous and so was the trout fishing on private land. The San Jaun mountains to the west offer hiking and biking. My boys expressed a desire to come back for multiple days next time and we surely will. Thank you for a great stay, wish we were there for more than 1 day!“

She was an A-plus host—quick to respond and proactive about making sure the quirky details felt like pleasant surprises instead of gotchas. We had total privacy the whole time, and while we never quite made it into the hot tub, it looked perfectly inviting for next time. If you’re after a place with character, comfort, and a host who truly cares, book this one—you’ll love it. We’d come back in a heartbeat!“

„This was just perfect for my Academy Reunion stay! A little treacherous getting there in the dark, but the owner's instructions were right on! Location VERY convenient to all Academy events. Place was cozy and just what I needed. Property was beautiful and I even hiked right from the front door and climbed the hoodoos...highly recommend!! Gorgeous view from up there!
