„Best stay ever. Beautiful condo with ocean views from the deck, private pool, and steps from the beach. In the evening you can walk to the beach and have a cocktail on the private cushioned sitting area. The condo was completely outfitted with everything you could possibly need. We were provided with snorkeling gear, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. Excellent beach restaurant, Maricos just a short walk away. Very relaxed. Thank you Casey. We will definitely return. In addition he setup a private chef, Blanca, Jesus, and Estrella were awesome and made our family an incredible feast. „We stayed in this condo over New Years. It is a nice condo with great views of the beach and ocean. We saw whales, jumping fish and dolphins from the balconies. The condo had plenty of space for the four of us, we stayed upstairs and our teenage girls had the downstairs bedroom. It was nice to have privacy from each other. The stairs going up to the bedroom are steep, narrow and winding so we had to be careful on them and getting luggage up and down was a little challenging. We loved the Casa ...

„Our room was newly remodeled and lovely. The owners keep it well stocked with everything you need. All of the appliances in the kitchen are high end. There is even a nice selection of spices and herbs in the pantry. The condo is on the ground floor with a very nice porch. You can walk onto the grass and right around the corner is the pool and hot tub. You don’t have to look at it or hear the noise, but it is very close. The ocean view from this condo is spectacular and very close too!!“

„We have been going to Casa Del Mar for nearly 20 years. It seems that with each corporate change over the years it has lost a tiny bit of its charm but it is still a really lovely property. „The property manager, Patty, was so helpful and a joy to communicate with. The condo is on the second floor and within 1 minute walking to the pool area. The bed in the Master bedroom is VERY high so if you can't hop into bed beware. All in all a great place to stay, much closer to San Jose Del Cabo. We had a great time“

„The host was extremely helpful, he arranged our 4 tee times for the week. He also gave us good advice about the resort and the area. Jessica, the concierge, was great. She made reservations for dinner as well as for a catamaran. The resort has a poolside restaurant that is excellent for lunch. The apartment is very well taken care of and had plenty of room for the 2 of us. It was easy to barbecue outside as well as to cook in the kitchen.“

„This was the perfect place to stay for our recent couples trip. We have stayed in plenty of places, but Carol and Costantino's beautiful villa was by far one of the best. We had plenty of space with our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was great, views were amazing, pool was wonderful. Wonderfully maintained and peaceful resort with many pools to choose from to relax at. Enjoyed eating at the resort restaurants a couple of times and also found it easy to head into San Jose del Cabo or downtown Cabo. Overall a lovely vacation and stay at Caracol.“

It is well configured, clean, close to the beach and spacious. The kitchen and bath are very well equipped. Only downside is that the restaurants within walking distance are extremely pricey.
