The Space:

Welcome to Summit A-frame, your cozy, rustic cabin escape with stunning mountain views! A true ski-in/ski-out paradise, the cabin is just a 3-minute walk from the Snow Summit ski resort. After a day on the slopes, unwind and relax in your private hot tub.



Step inside to a bright, open-concept living room where massive picture windows frame beautiful forest views. Get cozy by the warm fireplace on comfortable seating. The dining area is perfect for your entire group, and the kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs.



**Bed & Bath (Sleeps 9):**

* Upstairs Bedroom: Queen Bed

* Side Bedroom: Queen Bed

* Game Room: Bunk bed (Full on bottom, Twin on top)

* Common Area: Day bed with two Full mattresses

* Three full bathrooms provide convenience for the whole group.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire cabin and all its amenities, including the hot tub, game room, and outdoor spaces. The only exceptions are two locked owner's closets, which are not accessible.

A few important details for your stay:

* **City Requirements:** Per the City of Big Bear Lake, you will be required to sign a separate rental agreement and provide a copy of your government-issued ID and vehicle license plate numbers after booking. This is completed on a secure, separate site.

* **Cancellation Policy:**

* Cancel within 48 hours of booking for a 100% refund.

* Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a 50% refund.

* Cancellations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.

* No cancellations are permitted for holiday and special event weekends. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

* **Enhanced Cleaning:** Your health is our priority. Our professional team follows enhanced cleaning protocols, disinfecting all high-touch surfaces with EPA-registered products. All dinnerware is re-washed between stays.
