We are very sorry to learn that not all employees have met your expectations. We think it is the most important that our guests experience a comfortable stay. The employees are usually very accurate with regard to assisting the guests and are very welcoming and friendly. The situation you describe therefore does not match the standard we aim to strive for. Schöne Ambiente und freundliches Personal. Preis Leistungsverhältnis Top. Was uns auch gelegen kam, dass es etwas außerhalb von der Innenstadt ist und direkt vor der Tür vll. 1 min Fußweg die Bahnhaltestelle ist. Hotel top Lärm isoliert, dass man von außen nichts zuhören bekommt. Team Zaan, wenn Amsterdam, dann wieder liebend gern bei euch als Gast, vielen Dank.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes und empfehlenswertes Hotel in perfekter Lage. Die gute Erreichbarkeit und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ideal. Es ist einfach alles vor Ort oder in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

Das ist mein schlechtestes Hotel, das ich besucht habe. Das Hotel liegt 20km außerhalb von Amsterdam - für einen Städtetrip ungeeignet. Die "idyllisch romantische" Kulisse des Hotels hat nichts mit dem Inneren gemeinsam. An der Rezeption einfach abgefertigt, jede Frage zuviel. Das Zimmer ist kaum belüftbar, da sich die Fenster angeblich aus sicherheitsgründen nur einen spalt öffnen lassen. Das Bad ist extrem dunkel und beim Duschen wird alles überschwemmt. Die Kaffeemaschine leckt im Schrank.

Das Hotel ist so nicht schlecht, aber wir haben einmal das Trinkgeld für das Housekeeping vergessen, ab da an fehlten jeden Tag Handtücher oder waren falsch geliefert. Jeden Tag unten gewesen und die "richtigen" Handtücher geholt. Irgendwann nervt sowas halt.

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Bahnhof und ist dennoch sehr leise. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und schön. Das Frühstücksbuffett war das Highlight. Sehr lecker und eine riesige Auswahl! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Ein eigentlich sehr schönes Hotel, freundlichea Personal und sehr ruhige Lage. Die Matratze war für unseren Geschmack zu weich. In der Dusche waren leider ein paar Schimmelflecken und Spinnweben. Ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Ein schönes Hotel in sehr praktischer Nähe zum Bahnhof. Sehr bequeme Betten und angemessene Zimmergröße. Wir haben hier eine ruhige Nacht verbracht. Das Frühstück könnte für den Preis etwas vielfältiger sein. Weiterhin haben wir eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer vermisst. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam

Really nice, high quality rooms with great shower/bath room. Super bed. Quite area to stay and close to train station and city center (walking distance). Car parking 100 m further for €10. Super market around the corner.

Perfektes Hotel und nicht mal 2 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Die Sauberkeit im Hotel ist Toll und die Corona masnahmen werden umgesetzt. Frühstücksbuffet ist Super und auch sonst ist das Essen gut.
