-Luxury Bedrooms & Bathrooms-

The villa offers 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms with 12 hotel-quality beds. Extra beds are available upon request, and cozy beds with fresh linens are provided for infants and toddlers.
The 2 well-equipped bathrooms feature showers and/or a bathtub—perfect for larger groups. The first-floor bathroom adds convenience with a washing machine and dryer, ideal for longer stays.

-Fully Equipped Indoor Kitchen -

Prepare delicious meals in the spacious kitchen, featuring modern appliances like two ovens, a microwave, an air fryer, a dishwasher, and coffee and tea facilities. Want a break from cooking? Hire a private chef or enjoy local delivery. With supermarkets nearby, everything you need is within reach!

- Outdoor Kitchen-

The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with a pizza oven, grill, and BBQ. Enjoy evenings filled with delicious food and fun under the open sky. For an extra treat, pre-book our BBQ meat pack from the local butcher, Agterberg-Vleeswaren, known for high-quality meats at great prices.

Guest Access:
You have full access to the entire accommodation. There are private parking spaces for approximately 14 cars in the front of the villa. At the back of the home, you'll discover a heated veranda where smoking is allowed.

The Neighborhood:
The location offers a wealth of possibilities. Close to Amsterdam, the beach, and scenic areas such as Kennemerduinen and the Haarlemmermeer, Spaarnwoude and Amsterdam forests. The local drivers of the 24/7 taxi service are on hand to drop you off and pick you up.

Getting Around:
Transportation:

Minibus/Taxi: The most convenient transportation is by our Minibus/taxi service, Uber or Bolt. The Minibus/taxi service goes door to door and is often more affordable than public transport. The pool of taxi drivers is local and they know the best places for restaurants, nightlife, and all local attractions. It is a fixed price of €50,- for 7-8 persons(depending on the minibus) into Amsterdam City or Schiphol Airport. The minibus/taxi service will come directly to the accommodation or any requested location in town. Uber & Bolt are more mainstream services that pick you up by your phone navigation.

Uber & Bolt: Depending on the demand of the area, this cost starts from €20 to get to Amsterdam City Center and can get expensive. Choose the best option yourself.

Train: The train station is a 30-minute walk away. We have 16 free bikes that you can ride and park at the train station. The train to Amsterdam or the beach goes four times an hour. We recommend using our minibus/ taxi service or Uber because it is often cheaper and more convenient, especially at night. Feel free to ask your host, Arjan, for a free ride to the station. He will accommodate you if he is available.

Bikes: There are 16 bikes at the accommodation that you can use for free. Explore nearby parks or travel to the train station and park there until you return.

Other Things to Note:
When you book with us, you'll be required to complete a check-in form and upload a valid ID before your stay.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the Amsterdam Stay Guidebook which includes all about our minibus/taxi service, a list of places to see, experiences to have, and restaurants to enjoy!

Please note that additional guests after 16 persons will be required to pay an additional fee of 50 euros per/guest/night. This fee will be required to be paid at the time of check in.
