„Location is close to the road and it’s very convenient. The room is new and clean, it’s on the second floor. The parking lot is in the yard, very convenient to park. Many grocery stores nearby. The host is very kind, always responding fast. She provides me many cooking sets that I need. The kitchen is full of everything and the refrigerator is big enough to hold many food. The bed is very soft. The living room is spacious. It’s a house you can come again.“

„Wonderful stay! We were in town with our teenage daughters looking at colleges and we all loved this place and Santa Monica. The place is super clean and spacious for a family of 4 and it was great to be able to walk to so many restaurants and shops. Communication with owner was great. We would stay again!“

„This space was exactly as listed. It is a beautiful property in a lovely neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. It was also nice to have a dedicated parking space for my stay.The room is a bright space and everything was clean and comfortable. The room has a mini fridge and some housewares to be able to eat & drink in the room. I would definitely stay here again! “

„The house we rented was beautiful. But the was completely incorrect in terms of where the rental was located. It said Marina del Rey, but it was actually Culver City. The listing also said it was a 10 minute walk from Venice Beach. Being from the Midwest, we wanted a high walk ability. It was a 15 minute drive and even then they tried to gaslight me into saying I was incorrect about their listing.“

„The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place“
