„Ein super Hotel für einen Urlaub in Tokyo. Alles hat gepasst, es gibt sogar die Möglichkeit warmes Essen zuzubereiten in einer Mikrowelle. Auch gab es kostenlosen Kaffee und Tee. Danke schön!☺️“

„Geat views of Tokyo tower and surrounding Tokyo. some rooms facing the train lines are louder - as windows aren’t sound proofed or tripple glazed. Friendly helpful staffed moved me to a new room without questioning. Staff very helpful in general. Breakfast buffet and the restaurant feels a little dated e.g chairs and seating benches aren’t that comfortable. Waiting time can be long as it’s fairly small. But great diverse options. Area to improve- I found the beds weren’t comfortable maybe ...

„I had a great stay there with all the amenities the hotel offers. The Onsen was so good after a long day of walking. Metro station is very close around 6 min. walk and there is a direct line to Haneda airport, so convenient. A family mart is just opposite the hotel. I would book this hotel next time I am in Tokyo!“

„Ein wunderschönes luxuriöse Hotel zum guten Preis. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal das bei allen anfragen sein bestes gibt (Mietwagen an Silvester). Sehr gute englisch Kenntnisse (ein Schweizer Concierge der deutsch Spricht ist auch vorhanden). Sehr Empfehlenswert und Zentral.“

„We had a lovely stay at the Royal Park with a great view to the Tokyo Sky tree and the Staff was very friendly and the room was clean and perfect for the week. The Hotel is perfectly located- within two to four minutes to the Station with all conections. Ginza is good for shopping and eating and to enjoy after a full Day of sightseeing 😍 we will come back!“

„Gutes Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war schon gewöhnungsbedürftig, zuviele Gäste auf einmal. Es war eine kleine Schlacht ums Essen! Schade! Die Lage vom Hotel TOP!“

„Tolles Hotel mit einem angeschlossenem Einkaufszentrum und nahgelegenem Anschluss an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Das Zimmer war, gerade für Japan, sehr geräumig, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch wenn es bei den Englischkenntnissen manchmal etwas gehapert hat.“

„Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kommt schnell zu U-Bahn und Monorail. Der Ausblick ist nicht zu überbieten, vor allem in einem Zimmer mit Tokyo Bay Blick. Zimmer sind groß, es mangelt an nichts. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück ist gut, auch wenn es gerne etwas hätte wechseln können (wir waren 7 Tage da). Ein Pool wäre schön.“
