Very clean and tidy place, Located in a small, quiet and clean neighbourhood. It feels very homey and has some nice local hot spots around.
The room we stayed at was on the 5th floor, which could only be walked up via the stairs. You will definitely get plenty of exercise going up and down there, but it was quite difficult if you have a lot of luggage.
Like most rooms, its small but well stocked with a microwave, fridge and stove if you go to any of the local conbini or supermarkets. The bathroom has a western style shower wnd stocked with nice body wash/shampoo/conditioner.
The entrance to the front door and to the room is via codes so you dont need keys or cards.
Local restaurants are delicious and amazing, accommodating to english speakers and very affordable. The train station is a short walk away. There are many pharmacies and gyms nearby.
Akihabara and Asakusa are both walking distance or quick train rides away, if you want to do shopping.
