We loved staying here, the room was small but we weren’t in it much so it didn’t matter. We also had 3 large suitcases which didn’t cause much of a problem.
The staff were lovely except one who did seem a bit snotty but I can’t put the rating down for just one member of staff.
The hotel provide unlimited soft drinks and hot drinks including hot chocolate (which was lovely) and an hour a day for unlimited alcohol.
They have a washer and dryer which are super easy to use, only accept coins, 300 yen for washer and 100 yen every 30mins for dryer.
It’s about a 5min walk to the nearest bus and train station (Kasai Station). We had some confusion over the Disney bus, so it picks you up from the bus station and it’s for everyone not just hotel guests (so can get busy). It’s also not just for Disney Land & Sea. The hotel do provide a timetable which shows you which stop you need to get on both going to Disney and returning.
The breakfast options are standard Japanese breakfast options rather than cereal, pastries and a full English.
The only complaint I have is that there seemed to be a vacuum going all hours of the day, I mean at 11pm and then could hear it at 5am, which isn’t great if you are a light sleeper.
Overall, I’d highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
