„The Staff was fantastic! Easy to check in, WIFI included, Free Parking right in front of your room, and lots of great and walkable restaurants nearby. Rob was awesome and a fun to talk to, the gentleman that guided me to where to park was super helpful and amazing and the last dude that helped with an accommodation was a life-saver! Will return in the future! Thanks again!“

„We had a pleasant stay at the Hotel. Everybody was friendly and helpful - even with the situation to park our bigger vehicle, The room was nice and clean and the distance to the Universial Studios via walk and shuttle is perfect. We would stay here again the next time! A pro-Tip :-) : K's Donut Emporium next to the hotel. Very delicious sandwiches, bagels ... and of cours donuts! “

„No constant wifi in the room is not longer up to date. Rooms too much echo, some pictures and curtains would help. “

„I liked it there, I had everything I needed in my room. The fridge and microwave were super handy, the staff was nice and very accommodating and it was clean. There was room service every day and some of the cleaning staff made my bed as nicely as I have only experienced in higher-priced hotels (thanks again for that!). „WIr hatten fantastische 6 Tage Aufenthalt im Magic Castle Hotel. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. DIe Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und ordentlich. Das Hotel glänzt mit vielen Angeboten, von kostenlosen Softdrinks bis zu gratis Snacks. Für Familien ist das Hotel absolut zu empfehlen!“
