„We had a pleasant stay at the Hotel. Everybody was friendly and helpful - even with the situation to park our bigger vehicle, The room was nice and clean and the distance to the Universial Studios via walk and shuttle is perfect. We would stay here again the next time! A pro-Tip :-) : K's Donut Emporium next to the hotel. Very delicious sandwiches, bagels ... and of cours donuts! “

„I did not like it at all. We had no hot water to take showers or a bath. I let the front desk know. They said there was no maintenance available until the next day when I was checking out. Also, the owner walked into our hotel room, not even 20 minutes after we just checked in. The towels weren’t even full body size and the beds were too big for the boxspring. Definitely not going back again.“

„Die Familie ist total nett und hilfsbereit. Man bekommt sehr viele gute Tipps. Frühstück ist toll! Die Lage ist unfassbar. Universal Studios per Auto 2 Min, Hollywood Sign (15 Min), Griffith Observatory und Walk of Fame mit dem Auto für L.A.-Verhältnisse um die Ecke! Jederzeit und gerne wieder!!! :) Was man festhalten muss: wer ein anynomes Hotel will, ist hier falsch. “

„I liked it there, I had everything I needed in my room. The fridge and microwave were super handy, the staff was nice and very accommodating and it was clean. There was room service every day and some of the cleaning staff made my bed as nicely as I have only experienced in higher-priced hotels (thanks again for that!). „WIr hatten fantastische 6 Tage Aufenthalt im Magic Castle Hotel. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. DIe Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und ordentlich. Das Hotel glänzt mit vielen Angeboten, von kostenlosen Softdrinks bis zu gratis Snacks. Für Familien ist das Hotel absolut zu empfehlen!“
