Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Personal & Service und Ausstattung
Cleanliness - when I got to my room, the toilet wasn't flushed from whoever was there before me. The toilet continued being an issue and I had to fill the tank twice by filling water bottles and pouring them into the tank since it wouldn't flush properly (explains the previous people but doesn't explain the hotel not fixing this). A weird sewage smell would periodically fill the bathroom. Big dirty hand smears on black cabinets. Socks found in random spots from previous people who stayed there. Frist day I hung "Do Not Disturb" but cleaning service went in anyways. All 3 kids didn't want to step foot into the pool - said it was dirty (I didn't check myself but they live in the water and wouldn't go near it).
Amenities - we had hot water one day, the rest of the days we were showering in cold water. I tried to call down but the phone didn't work in the room. When I checked out, front desk staff mentioned the lack of hot water - not sure why this wasn't said before or why we weren't offered a new room or anything? The business center (a computer in the front lobby) didn't work - I needed one (which was a factor when choosing this hotel) and it didn't work. The front desk staff was very bizarre in letting me know this too. No hair dryer in the room - had to ask for one. Most outlets didn't work in either room.
