Além do mais a proprietária não quis cumprir com a informação que o café é gratuito, mesmo informado na aquisição do produto na página do hostels , a mesma alegou que eu tinha adquirido uma hospedagem com custo promocional e por esse motivo o café não estava incluso, o que não condiz com o detalhe adquirido mundo ao hotels.com, isso me frustou bastante.“
