„Did not feel comfortable due to some cleanliness issues, the clientel of the hotel, and the doors not being noise insulated. Not recommended for families with children or couples looking for a romantic stay. Management was not responsive to feedback: when we told them there was hair in various parts of the room, it was not addressed, and when we shared additional feedback they did not respond.“

„The hotel is amazing and Daiana, Luca and Gabriel are an amazing team, the service was excellent, the tips about where to go, where to eat, what bus to take, amazing job of these guys! I’ll give an extra compliment just for Isis, because she was beyond of you are going to expect from the service. A nice person, with a beautiful smile, great heart and such a join doing what she does and this just make the service better. If I go back, of course I’ll book this place again.“
