„This place was amazing! The food was excellent, the staff was very cheerful and very accommodating. The rooms are really nice, the entire building was beautiful, and the grounds are really nice too. There was always something fun happening and the pool is huge. The scenery is pretty also. I don't speak spanish but the staff does, so it was not that hard to communicate. I would always stay here when I come back.“

„We took one of the cheaper bedrooms, and you could notice that the bedroom was really subpar, especially for a 5 star hotel. However, if you don’t mind the worn down room, the hotel is really nice. We really enjoyed meeting all the animals that live in the hotel (peacocks, sloths, toucans, parrots, cats). We also enjoyed the food and drinks in the hotel. Furthermore, we enjoyed the amenities in the hotel such as the swimming pool (also good for laps), jacuzzi, billiard, and table tennis. The ...

„Very nice hotel with a high standard of luxury and cleanliness. You won’t see much of other people in the hotel and it’s very quiet. The only negativ thing is, that hardly no one speaks English. So a few Spanish words are helpful. “
