"Das Zimmer ist Okay nur die Toilettenspülung ist schlecht. Wir sollten das Toilettenpapier in den Mülleimer werfen und nicht in die Toilette. "

"Zentral gelegenes Hotel mitten in SaPa mit super Aussicht, wenn man ein Zimmer Richtung der Stadt hat. Zimmer und Gesamtambiente im sehr schönen französischen Stil. Frühstücksauswahl riesig. Mitarbeiter, super freundlich und als i-Tüpfelchen gibt es zur Begrüßung einen extrem leckeren Kakao."

"The hotel seems to be pretty new. The room was clean and well equipped. The bathroom very nice. From the seating area you had a beautiful view of the mountains. Bad experience was the breakfast. As less guests were there, they didn't offer buffet. You could order a la carte. So far so good. When serving the breakfast everything was messed up with other orders. Btw only for 3 tables. Breakfast took nearly 1 hr and we had to claim a couple of times till we halfway got what we ordered. You don't wanna start a day like this."

"Das Bett ist so hart man könnte auch auf dem Boden schlafen. Das Rauchen auf dem Balkon ist verboten. Gratis Spa wurde nicht angeboten und Zimmerupgrade auch nicht erhalten. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Gym und der Pool hat sehr spezielle Öffnungzeiten. Von 7 am bis 9 und dann erst wieder ab 4pm."

"The Resort is really a lovely place. The Panorama View room was huge and had everything we needed. It was very nice to shower with such a view. Also the infinity swimming pool was amazing. There is also a spa and a small gym room. To go to the town you can rent a scooter. The staff is very kind and helpful. Thank you to Sarah, Luis and the other staff members for making our stay very comfortable. We can recommend this resort and would definitely come back. Sapa is a beautiful place to visit with it’s stunning nature."
