Finde Golden Stream and Love Waterfall Hotels

„Room assigned turn out not matching as on the reservation. Rooms are too small, there are not enough space freely to move around.“

„Steps to Sapa Sun Station. The staff are so kind and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. Breakfast is to order and delicious. Had beef pho every morning and some of the best in Sapa. Laundry turned around quickly and neatly folded and perfect. Stayed in huge deluxe room 404 with private balcony and extra bedroom. Theres a terrific Vietnamese fusion restaurant at the bottom of the (steep) incline. Highly recommend.“

„Overall alright stay, but too expensive for what it offers compared to other hotels in vietnam. It is very far from the city center and their shuttle service is a joke... “

„The hotel seems to be pretty new. The room was clean and well equipped. The bathroom very nice. From the seating area you had a beautiful view of the mountains. Bad experience was the breakfast. As less guests were there, they didn't offer buffet. You could order a la carte. So far so good. When serving the breakfast everything was messed up with other orders. Btw only for 3 tables. Breakfast took nearly 1 hr and we had to claim a couple of times till we halfway got what we ordered. You don't ...

„Sehr schönes Hotel “

„Personal Zimmer“

„Bring warm clothes. I booked the junior suite but feel the room could do with updating. Especially dampness/bathroom/shower curtain “

„Location to town centre and on site massage were great, staff were wonderful.“

„Everything was fine until the day before check-out. They didn't clean the room, there were no towels, no water to drink and no tissues, even though I called the reception desk the night before. Breakfast every day same, so bored“

„The location is convenient though somewhat noisy. Staff were really nice and even find a jacket I could borrow - left behind by a previous guest. There wasn't much breakfast food suitable for vegans. The spa is good with very friendly staff and good tea.“

„I had a great experience during my trip. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well organized. I especially enjoyed the atmosphere and the local food nearby. I would definitely recommend this place to other travellers. If you are planning a trip, I suggest booking in advance and spending some time exploring the surrounding area. Overall, it was a memorable experience and I would be happy to come back again.“

„Very friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, great location walk to the center, great views from our room“

„Personnel désagréable, à peine bonjour, on a vraiment l'impression de les deranger. Environnement tres sale. Hôtel cher pour ce qui est proposé. Je ne reviendrai jamais dans cet hôtel. “

„Zimmer (501) war perfekt!!! Alles andere Durchschnitt!
