„Super nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende; gute Lage; tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis“

„Great location in center of sa pa. Rooms of good size and very well laid out. Staff could not do more to help us. Breakfast mainly Asian but western options exist. Great setting for breakfast overlooking the mountains“

„Steps to Sapa Sun Station. The staff are so kind and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. Breakfast is to order and delicious. Had beef pho every morning and some of the best in Sapa. Laundry turned around quickly and neatly folded and perfect. Stayed in huge deluxe room 404 with private balcony and extra bedroom. Theres a terrific Vietnamese fusion restaurant at the bottom of the (steep) incline. Highly recommend.“

„Ist mehr ein Homestay als ein Hotel. Darauf sollte man sich einstellen. Badezimmerteppich fehlte, somit war es immer recht nass. Zimmerboden ist auch nicht mehr der Neueste (kleine Teile ragen heraus). Personal aber voll bemüht und freundlich. Frühstück war auch lecker. Preis/Lage somit super und vollkommen ausreichend für 2 Nächte. Besitzer haben auch sehr viele Katzen (falls man Tiere mag bzw. nicht mag).“

„A small, family-run hotel, very clean. Everyone at the hotel was very service-oriented. You can have your laundry done at the hotel, which was a great help.“

„Dieses Hotel übertrifft alles – einfach erstklassig. Alles ist hervorragend, vom Personal über den Service bis hin zu den Zimmern. Das einzige Hotel, in dem ich in Sa Pa übernachten würde.“

„Zimmer (501) war perfekt!!! Alles andere Durchschnitt! Außerordentlich geärgert hat uns der 3% Aufschlag auf die Kartenzahlung! Egal ob mit Kreditkarte oder Applepay“

„We had a lovely stay here. Diego the owner was amazingly helpful, answering every question and helping us with anything he could. The room was nice and clean and the location was very central. We highly recommend!“

„Lovely Hotel. Perfect room with excellent bath with a view Brilliant and helpful staff Would highly recommend if visiting Sapa“

„I stayed here for a night. The staff was incredibly helpful and quickly resolved all my issues. The views were absolutely stunning other hotels would easily charge double the price for scenery like this. Highly recommended!“

„COLD. The windows and doors were open all the time. It was always cold throughout the building. No working restaurant. Elevator does not go to all floors. Staff was friendly. Outlets were an issue. Door had several large cracks. We had hot water. Bathroom vented to another room. It would be very easy to film or watch someone from there. The spa smelled dank and was unclean. It was staffed by people who arrived from other facilities. Their skills were untrained. Laundry service was fast and ...

„Location to town centre and on site massage were great, staff were wonderful.“

„Personnel désagréable, à peine bonjour, on a vraiment l'impression de les deranger. Environnement tres sale. Hôtel cher pour ce qui est proposé. Je ne reviendrai jamais dans cet hôtel. “

„amazing staff very friendly and a very good deal for the price! close to everything in central sapa“

„Nhân viên thân thiện, phòng sạch, đủ tiện nghi“

„We were upgraded to a suite in exchange for a 5-star review. Pros: The suite was perfect. The breakfast was excellent. The view was spectacular. The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect. Cons: The hotel is very noisy. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow—practically unusable. The game room was run-down. The pool was fake—just for show.“
