„The front desk ms chau was attentive and helpful always inquiring if we needed anything for the room or from the health center to tours and directions. She also made sure we had breakfast each morning the rooms were clean and comfortable. The balcony overlooked the town and was relaxing to sit enjoying tea“

„Overall alright stay, but too expensive for what it offers compared to other hotels in vietnam. It is very far from the city center and their shuttle service is a joke... “

„Sehr schönes Hotel “

„This hotel has been an unexpected surprise. The location is perfect, just at the end of the city center with amazing views to the mountains, but only 10 min walking distance. We had the mountain view room with balcony and it has been a great choice. The heated pool on the deck is great to relax in between with breathtaking views. The breakfast buffet had lots of variations and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The perfect place to enjoy Sapa. “

Merci“

„The hotel seems to be pretty new. The room was clean and well equipped. The bathroom very nice. From the seating area you had a beautiful view of the mountains. Bad experience was the breakfast. As less guests were there, they didn't offer buffet. You could order a la carte. So far so good. When serving the breakfast everything was messed up with other orders. Btw only for 3 tables. Breakfast took nearly 1 hr and we had to claim a couple of times till we halfway got what we ordered. You don't ...

„Ville De Mont Mountain Resort is truly a one-of-a-kind luxury experience in Sapa. The architecture is stunning and unique, blending beautifully with the surrounding mountains and creating a signature style you won’t find anywhere else. The views are absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the panoramic mountain scenery feels almost unreal. Every corner of the resort is designed to maximize that incredible natural beauty. What really makes the stay unforgettable is the staff. The service is ...
