Thank you for taking time to write a review. I had to move you to the downstairs apt due to work being performed in the hallway and in front of the building. The upstairs unit has a microwave, and I simply forgot to put one in the downstairs' unit, your unit. If you would have texted me, I would have immediately provided a microwave. My apologies.

I can only ask why did you reserve an apartment on the 2nd level, since you have bad knees? During your 4 night stay, you never mentioned anything. I would suggest that you do an inquiry prior to booking any future stays. My main and only goal is to make your stay the best experience possible, by providing a clean, hospitable, fully furnished, well decorated, and conveniently located apartment.

I can't address which common area that you referenced because comments are not specific. Therefore, I don't agree, but I thank you again for your 5 night stay.

The original street name and the newer computer map name is different. I thought that I had them both listed. Apartment is cozy decorated and cozy quiet. I will check further since you say that you had to use ear plugs, but rested comfortably. I look forward to your return, as I continue to make improvements.

Thank you for your review. Yes, I normally block every one's stay with a day in front and a day at the end to enable me to clean. I started this practice during covid and have continued it. Thanks for taking time to write a detailed thorough review. It helps me and future guests alot. Our area is going through gentrification. Sadly some property owners and long time residents are simply throwing in the towel due to higher taxes. I have been looking into replacing the carpet on the inside stairway, but I am not sure about the clutter because there is no clutter in the hallway unless you were referring to the yard ornaments behind the entry door. Anyway, I will find spot in the yard for my angel and pelicans. FYI- for all returning guests, I offer an extra night free when a minimum of 2 nights are booked on their next stay. Yes we are 4 blocks from Ft Sam Houston's main gate, 7 blocks from The Pearl, and less than a mile from downtown San Antonio. Depending on where you are headed for enjoyment, everything is very close and/or a quick jump on the freeway, either IH35, IH10, IH37, or US281 (which are all a few blocks away). Thank you again
