„Was clean enough. Was glad to see rooms were renovated to a walk in shower and higher toilet. Problem was the glass shower doors were unlevel in hanging and would not stay shut when showering, had to wedge wash cloth in between to keep them closed during shower. Also they did have handheld shower head but it had no adjustability and poor water pressure, took twice as long to shower. We did tell clerk at desk about shower doors. Otherwise the place was nice. Did have pacing dog in floor above us ...

„Nach den Bildern im Internet waren wir wahrscheinlich im falschen Hotel.... Die Bilder haben teilweise nicht der Wahrheit entsprochen. Unser Zimmer war in einem schlechten Zustand und sollte dringend renoviert werden. Insbesondere war das Frühstück eine Frechheit. Es hatte nicht einmal den Standard continental. Verglichen mit den Bildern im Internet grenzt dass schon fast an Betrug. Als Stammkunde bei hotels.com mit insgesamt Übernachtungen im dreistelligen Bereich, hat es das Hotel in die Top 3 ...

„POSITIV Schönes, historisches Hotel im Zentrum der Kleinstadt Marion, VA Gemütliches, sauberes Zimmer mit historischem Charme. Freundliches Personal ZU VERBESSERN Auch als historisches Hotel würden einige Auffrischungen und Renovierungen nicht schaden. Gläser statt Plastikbecher auf dem Zimmer wäre toll. „The room was clean and updated. I don’t care that the hallways are outdated, I don’t sleep there. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were great. Everything was clean and maintained where I needed it. The staff were so friendly. Mark at the front desk is my new best friend and the other staff were also kind. I would stay here again happily.“

„I understand not making up rooms except for every three days but towels, toilet paper, and coffee supplies should be replenished every day, they are not. Also the trash needs to be taken out everyday. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. The pool was not open due to maintenance issues. You could swim next door at the Quality Inn but staff didn’t tell you that and the signs telling you the pool was closed didn’t tell you either until we had been there two days.“

„The room was clean and up to date. The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and friendly. The only issue was that the room's soap dispenser had been ripped off the wall. There appeared to be quite a few empty rooms. One would think that the soap dispenser and wall would be repaired before a guest would be assigned to the room. Otherwise, it was great!
