„As the description says, this is a tiny cabin. But we found it plenty spacious for two adults for two nights -- we could have spent a week there. The gas grill on the porch was a very nice amenity and the kitchen was well stocked with all cooking necessities. It's very convenient to Grayson Highlands which was more beautiful than expected. Places to eat and shopping are pretty limited so it's probably best to stock up on food and drinks on your way in.“

„Looks like a big beautiful grassy yard in the pics but there's no yard... only a gravel parking area. Toilet is messed up with water turned off in the master bedroom/bathroom main floor. Really enjoyed our stay just wish we had room to do things outside. Awesome stay other than that!“

„We loved everything about this house! It sits on top of a hill with a huge dining window overlooking the valley and mountains in the distance, with blooming rhododendrons and a visiting hummingbird drinking from the feeder. „We enjoyed the privacy and the property was well appointed. Some of the guidance docs were hard to follow but nothing that impacted our stay. If you’re going fishing, just walk around the gated complex of hatchery ponds to pick up the trail. It’s not obvious the first time. “

„My husband and 4 kids stayed here, and we all had a blast! Going trout fishing (which is just a drive down steep driveway and across the street) and playing in the creek all day then coming home to hot tub and grilling in the evening was amazing, lots of wildlife in the area which was very cool to see, and there was also a cherry tree close to the deck so we foraged some! April was very responsive and allowed us to extend our stay with ease. We’d definitely stay again! “

„We very much enjoyed this cabin and for July 4th weekend. It’s seclusion was somewhat suprising, literally at the end of long off the main road ride, yet still an easy drive through pines, past deer, and ending above the river. Nice river view and access. Close enough to Highway 221 for access to Fries, Galax, New River State Park, and Blue Ridge Music Center, all of which we enjoyed. “

„We LOVED this place! It was my second stay and my friends 1st stay. Everyone was blown away at how nice it was and how well appointed.
