„Open space outdoors for children. Adults/those not needing to go to bed super early may enjoy a spot closer to the water and nightlife. Location is far enough back from the road to be safe for all ages, but off a busy road near a school and park- feels like a suburban neighborhood rather than a beach vacation spot. Clean, well appointed.“

The only issue were 1) location - not close to beach and parking was impossible 2) construction on property took away the advertised screened in porch which could have been a children’s bedroom 3) carpeted kitchen???
