„Beautiful hotel installations, nice beach, and great staff! For a “5” stars hotel the “Isla Blanca” restaurant was a disappointment. The food temperature was always cold, raw meats and rude grill stations staff. The service at the beach was lacking. “The Nest” restaurant was a real treat with lobster and great service from Armando and Alfredo. We had a beautiful room with a gorgeous panoramic view with lots of treats upon our arrival, premium drinks and a butler who booked our dinners. I highly ...

„The hotel is brand new. The room was wired all over with accommodating features like lighting and ambiance music. You won't find staff anywhere else that will provide this level of service. Marcos and Regina were a cut above. Everyone was friendly and seemed genuinely dedicated to making my stay better and stress-free. The food was so good it made me emotional at times. Cannot say enough good things about this place. 6 stars if i could.“

„Das Beste am Hotel ist der Strand, exakt wie auf den Bildern. Die Suite war bequem und hatte alles was man braucht, wenn auch nicht besonders neu. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Das Restaurant eher bescheiden von den Leistungen, aber dafür gibt es in der Nähe genug. Liegen und Schirme am Strand ausreichend und schön. “
