„Our family of 6 really enjoyed this beautiful & comfortable property with wonderful views. “

„Super beautiful place to watch the sunset and feel peace. Ashley was the best host ever. She was very attentive of our needs and always checking up to make sure we were comfortable. Excellent experience“

„Incredible location and view. Loved the big balcony. Host was very responsive.“

„Definitely one of the best stays I’ve experienced through Expedia!! Beautiful place and the host was more than helpful with too communication.“

„This unit could not be better located. It is centrally located to walk everywhere (restaurants, shopping, parks,....) in the Miraflores area. We always felt safe.It is well stocked with household supplies. The lack of a/c was never an issue except to help reduce city noise & grime. We could not have had a better host and building manager to help us with day to day questions. Very responsive!“

„Marcos property is well appointed in a nice building. It is safe and the parking is good. Miraflores is a beautiful neighborhood. The views are spectacular.“

„Conveniently located with food and Kennedy park close by. Security building is nice to have if it the first time to Miraflores. Apartment needs upgrading in certain ways - bedroom door has a dent, laundry room door eroding, dining chairs kept having screws fall out, making them unusable. Was not stocked enough with kitchen items such as rags, scrub brushes and soaps in the bathrooms. It might need to be used more, being that in the first 2 days, several remotes had batteries go out, 2 light ...

„Mr.Brandes is an incredible host. This is my go to stay when im in Peru. Amazing views, very spacious with a incredible host. Thank you for allowing me to call your place home for my stays. I can't wait to go back to Peru and stay in your beautiful rental.“

„Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The apartment was not thoroughly cleaned before our arrival, as several areas appeared dirty and in need of attention. In addition, there was a noticeable mold and mildew odor throughout the apartment that made the space feel damp and uncomfortable. While the location and other aspects of the property may have been fine, cleanliness is a basic expectation, and the condition of the apartment significantly impacted our experience. I hope the owner ...

„“Excelente anfitrión, siempre atento y amable. Todo estuvo perfecto durante nuestra estadía: el lugar limpio, cómodo y tal como se describe. ¡Gracias por hacer que nuestra experiencia fuera tan agradable, sin duda volveré .“

„We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in an excellent location: about 2–3 blocks from Larcomar in a very nice, walkable area (there is a convenience store one block away). It’s very spacious and the balcony is a great touch; we had an amazing time watching fireworks around the neighborhood on New Year’s Eve. The building security/welcome service was excellent, and we appreciated that the elevator goes straight to the apartment door. The only note is that the apartment is a bit older, and a ...

„My family and I had a great stay at this property. It was walking distance to grocery store/small plaza, el metropolitano bus station, and several excellent restaurants. We were very happy with our stay there. Bathrooms were spacious and main bedrooms were comfortable. I will say however that because it was so central, it was quite noisy due to car traffic. Definitely took 2 days to get used to it. I recommend bringing ear plugs for when you go to sleep. The only reason this property is getting ...

„The experience went far beyond my expectations. The layout was excellent, and the property was impeccably clean. Security on the premises was exceptional, and the location was absolutely perfect—an easy 10 out of 10.“

„This location is awesome for the price. The penthouse is an experience, a spacious studio in a safe area with a private elevator. It’s close enough to Uber everywhere you need. When returning after dark, a security checkpoint stops cars to verify you belong. It’s somewhat far from the beach (plan to bring a day bag to visit & swim), but close to great shopping centers like Jockey plaza. The main host contacted me before I was in country and gave some great tips on the best route from the airport. ...

„It is a beautiful apartment overlooking the Ocean. The apartment is large, with lots of room to space out a large group. We loved the hard wood floors. The apartment is well stocked, from coffee to laundry machines. It was a relaxing stay overlooking the ocean, and a close walk to numerous restaurants and the tourist areas. And the host was very kind and helpful, and flexible with our arrival and departure times for our international flights. We recommend it, and would definitely stay again!“

„Every thing was fine however it didn’t have the essentials like in the kitchen and at shower where it advertised as having shampoo. Also the floor is sort of slippery. Overall it’s a nice place.“
