„Surprised my husband with a weekend get away with mother-in-law, Daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter, and family pet (Otis, Great Dane)…met son, daughter-in-law, grandson in Jim Thorpe for a train ride Saturday. Friday night we ate at Baby Boomers which was 6 minutes away and returned Saturday for breakfast!!! So delicious and all enjoyed the chef’s cooking & large portions. „Warm, cozy cabin with beautiful views of the lake and forests. My girlfriend and I stayed here for four nights and it was the perfect chance to relax and unwind. Plenty to do in the community itself, and in the nearby area as well, but my girlfriend said her favorite moment was when this family of deer came by to graze along the front yard while we sat on the deck and watched. „We rented this property for a girls weekend getaway and there were 9 of us celebrating a bride to be. The upstairs is spacious and bright. We truly enjoyed the hot tub. The greenery wall is awesome for photo opportunities. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond about any questions we had. We had hired a private chef who unfortunately cancelled on us a half hour before arrival and Kevin was extremely helpful in offering local restaurant suggestions. He definitely was a great host. ...

„The house was perfect for alot of people with our being cramped. The bed rooms were great the only problem there was no tvs in therw qhich we all watch tv to fall asleep at night. But nothing a tablet couldnt help with. The only other issue was the tv in the living rooms wouldnt connect to the wifi i guess not sure ifnit was due to the weather or what other than that everything was perfect and will rent from you again next year.“

„We wanted a break from the city and we really enjoyed this house. We spent lots of time on the upper deck listening to the birds. The view is great. The mowed paths are many and great to walk around on - well marked too. The tree farm is cool to see. It’s a well designed little spot with nice touches of style. Very clean, comfy bed, pillows and sheets, lots of blankets too! We played the in-house guitar and the cajon drum as well. Fun time!“

Originally rented from the previous owners, but new owners Michele and Andy helped with the transition after they took over ownership of the property. They honored our agreement and made the switch seamless! Appreciated all their help. We really enjoyed the stay. „We stayed here with a group of friends. The house was very clean and had all the amenities you would need. A couple of us enjoyed the hot tub. The location of the house was perfect. Not too far from entertainment and Ubers were easily available. We would most definitely stay here again!“

Great to have the hot tub under the deck as it rained all day Saturday, and it got plenty hot despite the outside temps.
