„Die Unterkunft war super! Alles sauber, schön eingerichtet. Wirklich seinen Preis Wert. Den einzigen abzug, den ich machen muss, wie man an den Zugang der Türe kommt. Der wird einem nicht einen Tag oder so vorher gemailt, sondern ich musste Mühsam nachfragen wie dieser lautet. Wir hatten kein Internet, was die Sache schwer machte. Ich musste mir extra ein Internetpaket kaufen, um an den Zugangscode zu kommen. “

„We stayed in unit E. The location was perfect for the convention center event. Parking was more than stated in the instructions, but it was still a good price. We could see the car from our window. You will need to use the earplugs supplied for night traffic noise and possibly bring an eye mask. The rooms are very bright with big windows esp. if you are sleeping on the sofa bed. Nice seating areas if you need to work on your laptop for work. The full-size kitchen is nice for heating up ...

„Great spacious apartment , good value and good communication. Was a little noisy a couple of times hearing other app’ TV / chatting and facing the road outside but minimal. Some areas of the apartment could be improved , touch up of the paint , shower tap needs tightening, but overall very well presented and good amenities such as TV with streaming services. Front reception staff also very helpful. “

„The property was better than expected. The owner allowed us to check in early. Parking is an issue but you’re downtown. We parked a few streets over. Super safe and adorable neighborhood. Uber anywhere is pretty quick and easy. If ever we come back to Philadelphia, I would definitely be booking this property again.“

„This is the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed in. It feels like it's just been remodeled. Very clean, stylish, perfect. We each had our own bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. So convenient. The upstairs living room and rooftop patio were fantastic. I wish the weather had been better so we could sit outside. It's situated on a street with a lot of restaurants but it was surprisingly quiet at night. Great apartment. Looking forward to coming back!“

„I found the apartment to be fantastic. The security is great two codes to get in one at the main entry door and one into the apartment. The bathroom was great note you have to wait a little while for hot water but that’s just down to pipes. Living room nice and big with the mounted TV. Bedroom the bed was comfortable and bedding was clean. Location ideal to subways. Also you have a target convenience store and a great bar “Drinkers bar” located a minute or two walk. „Very cute, well appointed apartment in the University area of Philadelphia. The host was very responsive and kind. An issue happened out of anyone's control and we had to vacate the property before the end of our rental term. The host was extremely responsive and helpful in the transition and made everything right. She has several properties in the area. I highly recommend.“

„The building itself was recently renovated inside with new decor and modern furnishings. There is a brewery with good food right downstairs in the same building and they have a beer garden/gated patio area. The rooftop terrace is only accessible until until 5pm, we were the only ones on the rooftop on a Friday around 4:30pm. We didn’t see a single person using any of the common spaces on our floor 3 or the main lobby floor and it seems the building is largely empty of permanent tenants. There is ...

„We came to Philly for a volleyball tournament. This was the 2nd time renting here. It is walking distance to the venue. The Terminal market (I love) is with in walking distance. Tons of restaurants. A Trader Joe’s. Anything you need. We parked our car in the convenient parking lot and never moved it all weekend. Walking distance to history exhibits. Would highly recommend if you are staying in the area for something at the convention center. Cons. 3 flights of stairs to walk up. Not well ...

„Overall our stay was great!!! There was a bit of a worry about getting into our rental because Expedia didnt send us the information. Capital Hotles called and sent me the information which was amazing! I loved how secure the place was with 3 different codes to get into our bedroom. I felt very safe. It was also clean and enjoyable to stay here for the weekend. I would definitely recommend staying at this property if youre going to Philly. “
