„Hello I had a wonderful stay! The only thing I would say is that there was a distinct odor at this location (maybe from a previous stay) other than that I had a great experience. Thank you for your communication also! “

„Everything was dirty the shower had hair all over it and it’s Keys to get in the rooms THEY HAVE BEEN IN AND OUT OF MY ROOM I BOOKED MULTIPLE TIMES and after I text and call there is no response it smell in the basement and you have to pay 200 before you can get the code sent you NO they will not give it back they tell you they will but I have yet to get anything and no air pushes out of those air conditioners it be hot asl“

„Room was amazing, very clean & modern luxury feel.“

„Nice location to catch subway. Noise free and there is a super market close to the property. Staff is very good.“

„Stay has permanent residents with a big dog living above you. Between running around & barking in the middle of the night, couldn’t have 1 full night of sleep.“

„Little trouble getting in but host was responsive despite the late hour. I would have appreciated a more accurate description of the parking situation. Not only is there no parking on site, there is no parking anywhere close. The place is nice and roomy.“

„It would have been a five star stay if it wasn’t for the stairs (geesh),,lol, and the laundry situation,,but yet and still,it was a good stay!“

„We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was perfect. Clean and comfortable.“

„The property itself was very nice. Location for us was convenient and walking up and down the stairs was not a bother. Not sure if bringing our own body wash or shampoo was listed but would have liked to have known in advance. We did leave some so hopefully the next group will be happy. Also, the bed and sofa are squeaky. Overall nice.“

„Worked well for our short stay in Philly! Very clean!“

„It wasn't apparent from the photos, but this unit was partially in the basement of the building, which was great at night, we didn't hear anything coming from outside, but the kitchen and common area had no windows so it's a little dark. There is no Kitchen table or common area with a TV, couch, etc. If you're not planning on cooking for yourself, it's probably fine. Beds were comfortable, and each room had it's own bathroom with a shower. Everything seemed pretty clean. It's bare-bones, but ...

„The appartment is clean and basic. But guests should be aware that it is located in an old building. The state of the building in general is lower than that of the appartment itself.“

„The place was great. The living room was spacious. The kitchen and eating area was great. The location was close to center city. The communication was great. I recommend this stay.“

„Great location! Parking is not included, so that proved to be a little challenging, but overall this place is great. The host was very responsive, and the place was clean and as seen in the photos.“

„Positives-super convenient, walkable location with easy access to just about anything in center city. Quick access to sports complex. Fun cash only dive bar below.Negatives-misleading presentation of the property. Did NOT list the bed is on a loft! Not cool, and frankly, unacceptable. Had hip surgery and access to bed was dangerous for me. The ladder, come on! I’m sure the setup works for some, but I’d recommend not misleading people like that, not good. Also the place was musty and smelled ...
