„The property is as shown in the listing, but the "heated" part of the pool amenity in the title is not included in the rental fees (there is a daily electrical fee for heating the pool). As with many rentals with a game room, a number of machines were out of order, but the majority worked and were a value-add. The house is well equipped and is comfortable for a small group. The pool is the best amenity. My guests all enjoyed the house and commented positively on what a great place it was.“

„We enjoy our stay in this lovely older home in a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes from downtown Vancouver by car. Parking was easy, as was access to the house. The house is as described (well, except we didn't know someone was living in the separate basement...probably worth including in the description so visitors aren't surprised.)
