Zunächst würde ich positives erwähnen: - sehr gute Lage, nahe an Strand (5 min), 8$ Parkhaus pro Tag gibt es in der Garage 6 (ca 400 m Fußweg) - Wohnung hat alles was gebraucht wird (Ausreichend Teller, Besteck usw. ) - die Kommunikation bei Fragen / Problemen hat auch super funktioniert ..
