Mehr würde dem Ganzen dienen
Für ein 4 Stern-Casinohotel nicht mehr gerecht. Ist toll in die Jahre gekommen. Schade, dass die Zeit während Corona nicht für eine Renovation oder Auffrischung der Zimmer/Anlage genutzt wurde. Was doch noch bedenklicher ist, dsss es sich hier wohl noch um die beste Adresse gehandelt hat. Die Falls sind immer wunderschön; die restliche Umgebung ist leider nicht mehr sehenswert.

Nice clean hotel
Room was nice and clean and very spacious. Great view. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is very close to the Niagara Falls, so the perfect location to explore the Niagara Falls.

We love Seneca in Niagra Falls NY. This is the first time I think we had an issue. And here's my issue, the money we spend in casinos is outrageous for us. We don't go to win, we go for the entertainment. It is nice when you win but for us it's strictly entertainment. I was shocked to see in our room were two bottles of water, you would think for the money you're paying for the room and the money that you would probably lose at the Casino they could give you a bottle of water. There was a $2 charge for each bottle of water. The second is I went into a lady's restroom and this is out where the restaurant area was by the Bear Claw (awesome place to eat by the way. ) further down. I have never ever been in a casino bathroom where it has been as filthy as it was that day. Toilets weren't flushed I'm sure no fault of the casino. Paper towels everywhere. I didn't even use the restroom that's how bad I felt it was. Other than that we had a fantastic time, we love going there we love to visit the Falls walk around it's a nice convenient area. I thank you for the hospitality, your staff is always wonderful, check in and check out is easy.

The room had stains in an old worn carpet.The shower handles didn't work right had to really muscle it to turn it on. Then both the wand and shower head ran at the same time no way to shut one off .Payed good money to stay in room 1230

It is a nice property with upscale finishings. There is a strong cigarette odor in the lobby. When we checked in they had no reservation for us and blamed Expedia. I stood at the front desk for 20 minutes while the lady at the desk waited on her phone to try to get it fixed. She looked po'ed and did not offer me any updates, even though she was obviously on hold. When I asked for a status she simply said she is working on it. Finally I asked her for the manager and she rudely pointed to another lady at the end of the counter. That lady was nice and took my number and said she would call me when it was fixed but she could not give me a room until it was so we would have to do find something to do or sit in the lobby. 2 hours later it was fixed. A few days later we asked for new towels and the garbage can to be emptied. We left came back 4 hours later noting so we called again apparently our request was lost so we requested again. We left for dinner and came back and there were new towels on the bed and the garbage in the main room was emptied but not in the bathroom and the wet towels in the bathroom we left for them were still there. Also this place is a 15 minute walk to the falls so don't think you are right there. Again nice place but the issues we had detracted from the experience.

It was my first time there and had read other reviews. They weren’t wrong when they said some of the employees were rude, all we did was ask a simple question to a waitress and a security guard and they were nasty.

Non smoking room smells full of smoke. Management is rude and does not even offer an apology. Offered a room 1 floor down but won't guarantee that it wont smell the cigarette smoke. Does not offer any orher options and doesnt apologize. The Management does not really care about the guests and their experience. All they care about is their Casino customers. No house keeping either. We need to call them and request. I wouid not recommended this hotel to anyone unless you smoke or enjoy the smoking smell

The resort charge for $40 a day was a surprise. This offset the free parking. Western Steak restaurant served raw steak.

It was my first time staying here and will be my last time unfortunately. I paid for a corner king suite excited for my 1 night stay. I just had neck surgery and couldn’t wait to enjoy my jetted rub and to relax. Check in was to be at 4pm, I wasn’t able to check in to my room until 6:15-6:30pm. The front desk and manager were very rude to me and told me to basically deal with it. It was very unwelcoming that’s for sure. Co worker were being unprofessional with each other and talking bad about the housekeeping as well.
