Due to peak season, some guests might have so many electronic devices connecting to our router that can result in disconnections. We'd suggest that if you encounter this situation next time, please notify our Front Desk. They will then reboot the router to provide a smoother internet experience for our guests. Das Hotel ist einfach eingerichtet, aber zu empfehlen. Der Check-Inn war einfach und schnell erledigt. Das Zimmer hatte eine ausreichende Größe, ebenfalls das Badezimmer. Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und es gab jeden Tag neue Handtücher. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der (. Etage und einen guten Ausblick auf Manhatten. Das Frühstück ist eher spartanisch und typisch amerikanisch. In der Nähe gibt jedoch sehr gute alternativen. Die nächste Subway Station ist auch schnell erreichbar und man ist mit der Subway schnell in Manhatten oder auch in anderen Gegenden von New York. Fazit: Es ist ein gutes Hotel und für einen längeren Aufenthalt empfehlenswert.

Sehr gute Lage, um mit der Metro in die Stadt zu kommen. Saubere, große Zimmer, ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Personal weitestgehend sehr freundlich. Dee Frühstücksraum ist zu klein für die Anzahl an Hotelgästen, sodass man lange auf einen Tisch warten muss, wenn man nicht direkt zu Beginn da ist. Das fand ich ziemlich stressig. Zum Frühstück gibt es hauptsächlich Gebäck aus Weißmehl, sowie Scheibletten-Käse, Nutella, Marmelade, Schinken etc. Ich hätte mehr Obst und vor allem Gemüse gewünscht. Man sollte nicht zu viel erwarten. Das Einweggeschirr finde ich furchtbar und ist für mich persönlich das größte Manko, überhaupt nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Bringt euch eure eigenen Teller und Besteck mit, um Müll zu reduzieren!

Die Unterkunft war unglaublich sauber! Es wurde täglich gereinigt und es gab nichts auszusetzen. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ist gut. Es wird jedoch eine Unmenge an Plastik verwendet, was total umweltschädlich ist. Die Gegend ist hervorragend und direkt an der Bahn, wodurch man sehr schnell überall hingelangt. Das einzige, dass ich eventuell zu bemängeln hätte ist, dass das Reinigungspersonal schon um 7 Uhr morgens anfängt und sie sehr sehr laut sind im Gang. Durch die Ultra dünnen Wände, hört man jeden einzelnen Schritt und jedes einzelne Wort.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig, aber zentral an mehreren Metro Stationen. Man ist sehr schnell in mitten von Manhattan. Das Frühstück war völlig ausreichend und als Buffet bereit gestellt. Wir waren sehr froh, dass wir täglich frühstücken konnten. Mit Nachhaltigkeit hatten sie es nicht so, das Besteck und Teller/Becher waren nur für den einmaligen Gebrauch. Zimmer waren ausreichend groß, mit Kühlschrank und Teemaschine. Wir haben sehr gut in den Betten geschlafen. Das Bad war auch ganz nett, einziges Manko war, dass die Dusche schlecht abgelaufen ist. Aber ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder nutzen für einen weiteren Aufenthalt in New York.

Das Hotel ist gut in der Nähe von 2 Metro Stationen gelegen. Bis zum Times Square braucht man nur eine halbe Stunde. Das Frühstück ist gut. Verschiedenes Brot, Bagel, Waffeln, Rührei, Würstchen, Burgerpatties, Salat, Obst, Joghurt, Cornflakes, Säfte ... Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Gepäckaufbewahrung am Abreisetag ist kein Problem. Das Hotel bietet einen Shuttelservice zum JFK an (4 Personen für 60 Dollar). Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel ist noch neu, deshalb sind die Zimmer sehr ordentlich und alles funktoniert: bequemes Bett, großer Fernseher, tolle Dusche, sauberes Bad. Auch der Essensraum im Keller macht einen guten Eindruck. Das Frühstück ist typisch amerikanisch: Bagels, Toast, Weißbrot, Kaffee, Tee, Schinken, Käse, Marmelade, Nutella, Obst, Cornflakes und Joghurt. Es hat gut geschmeckt und man hatte schon mal was gegessen am Morgen. Rund ums Hotel gibt es aber auch Cafés und Food Markets, wo man auch besseres, aber auch teureres Frühstück bekommt.

good hotel to stay for a new york trip
Hotel is good located between 3 different subway stations in 5 min walking distance, so you can reach manhattan easily and also towards queens it's comfortable. rooms are not small not big, sufficient for 2 people. beds are big and comfortable and aircon works good. Only the windows are a bit "windy", they don't close completely, you always have some noices from outside, but since it is in a very silent area, it didn't disturb. It's a bit difficult to shop for food - there is no real supermarket next to and the small shops are often not clean and very tighty with limited offer, breakfast is american style - paper plates and plastic cups and knifes.Coffee, Tea, Milk to drink, bread and jam, a bit sausage, boiled eggs - compared to european breakfast not so much, but better than in many other american hotels. stuff is friendly and helping. would stay here again with pleasure

Un excellent hôtel, très bien situé par rapport aux lignes de métro très proche. La chambre et la salle de bains sont grandes, la literie parfaite, le petit déjeuner est très complet, il ne manquait jamais rien. Propreté ok ! Je recommande cet hôtel

I normally don't leave bad review for anything, but this time I have to write an honest review. If you would like a quiet night sleep, then this hotel isn't a good choice. Upon checking in, I was assigned to room #105, which is located on the first floor adjacent to the lobby (the only room on the first floor). Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a persistent and disruptive noise issue throughout the night. We understand the late people check in, and kept quiet till 12:40am. The primary source of the disturbance was one of your employees who engaged in very loud conversations in the lobby area. Despite my attempts to address the matter with the employee directly, the noise persisted, we were unable to get a good night's sleep, and my son didn't play well the next day. (We were in a soccer tournament). The lack of sound insulation or any apparent efforts to mitigate the noise made the situation particularly frustrating.

Excelente estadia! A entrada do hotel é simples mas surpreendemos com o quarto espaçoso, confortável e com limpeza impecável! Chuveiro razoável, com pouca pressão mas que nos atendeu. Lençóis limpos e toalhas trocadas diariamente. Ambiente agradável e atendimento prestativo. Toda a equipe sempre disposta e solícita. Café da manhã bom, tudo fresquinho mas com as mesmas opções. Com uns 2 min de caminhada estávamos dentro da linha de metrô. Ficaria novamente!
