Guest Access:
You’ll have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.
Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know - we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we’ll send all the details ahead of your arrival.

You're just steps from Deansgate and Spinningfields, with top restaurants, bars, and shopping all around. The Opera House, Great Northern Warehouse, and HOME arts centre are just a short stroll away, while Castlefield’s canals and green spaces offer a peaceful escape. Excellent transport links are nearby, including Deansgate-Castlefield tram stop and Oxford Road train station, making it easy to get around the city and beyond. A perfect base for business or leisure.
Getting Around:
St Peter's Square Metrolink stop is about a 6 minute walk, with tram connections across Manchester including to the Etihad Stadium, MediaCityUK, and Manchester Airport. Deansgate-Castlefield tram stop is also within easy reach.
Deansgate railway station is around an 8 minute walk, with connections across the region. Manchester Oxford Road and Piccadilly stations are also accessible for national rail services.
