„The biggest problem - to get there and to get anywhere from there.. Arriving by the train, we waited in Soller for several hours to try and get a taxi to the hotel. I contacted the hotel but was only referred to a taxi number that had no cars. When finally getting there, we wanted to explore the area but the busses are small and get's full so you are denied entry, taxis does not come when a tourist call, and as usual no help at all from the hotel - we had to go to a nearby restaurant to get help ...

„The Hotel lies in a quiet and secluded area overlooking olive trees and with a beautiful view of the Tramuntana mountains. Rooms are spacious with a private shaded terrace (which is very welcome in the August heat). The air condition in the rooms works well and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast on the veranda is nice, there is enough of everything and the atmosphere is relaxed. At night the verandas are beautifully lit and you can enjoy tranquility.“

„Leider entspricht das Hotel aus meiner Sicht nicht dem Anspruch, den man bei einem 5-Sterne-Hotel und insbesondere bei der Buchung einer „Luxury Suite“ erwarten darf. Ein wesentlicher Grund für meine Buchung war die beworbene Luxury Suite inklusive Whirlpool. Vor Ort stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass die Zimmergrößen offenbar kaum Unterschiede aufweisen und lediglich ein Zimmer tatsächlich über einen eigenen Whirlpool direkt am Zimmer verfügt.
