"Toller Familienurlaub! Perfekt für Kinder! Alles sauber! Zimmer mit getrenntem Kinderbett! AI Getränke super. Wasser gefiltert! Eiswürfel ohne Probleme bei uns! Hauptrestraurant mit Backwaren, frischen Kochstationen, Grill, Suppenauswahl (2/Tag), Salaten, eine tolle Mischung aus einheimischen, internationalen oder auch länderspezifischen Gerichten, orientalische Süßspeisen und vielem mehr. Viele Speisen wechseln fast täglich. Nachmittags Snacks an 2 Orten. Erwachsenenpool auf dem Dach. Kinderpool beheizt. Es gibt eine unbeheizte extra Rutschenburg, welche schon sehr kalt war (März). Der große Rutschenturm war aber perfekt. An allen Rutschen steht Personal, leitet die Kinder an und schaut auf die Vorschriften. Es gibt Rutschen mit Matten, Luftringen, für eine oder 2 Personen... Tagesprogramm hängt aus, weniger Infos leider. Abendprogramm mit Bühne, Kinderdisco, etc. Das Personal ist eher männlich. Es gibt Unterschiede, aber einige kümmern sich hervorragend. Mit Trinkgeld in den ersten Tagen bekommt man gefühlt etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit beim Essen, Zimmer, etc. Massage- und Spa-Angebote sind extrern und werden stark am Pool beworben! Zu empfehlen: Schon bei Ankunft in einem der Restaurants einen Tisch reservieren und wenn das nicht geht von der extra Reisebetreuung (sind eigene Tresen) helfen lassen. Rezeption naja... Zum Strand fährt ein Shuttle alle 15 Minuten. Sonst ist das Gebiet touristisch eingegrenzt und nicht frei zugänglich. Ausflüge muss man selber buchen."

"Außergewöhnlich gutes Essen, viel lokales ägyptisches Essen und wahnsinnig große Auswahl! Angenehm ruhig. Softe Animation gab es, haben wir nicht genutzt. Sehr schöne Gartenanlage, kleines nettes Riff zum schnorcheln. Leider wurde der Steg zum Sonnenuntergang geschlossen. Wir würden wieder kommen. "
