Some front office people were nice and helpful, I appreciate that, while others definitely need a training in hospitality and to know that a guest is the most important person in the hotel. Be sure to have a physical credit card for deposit, else they won't check you in (no applepay). Perfume smell everywhere like in Vegas (some would probably love it). I would not stay there again.

Room was way too hot and noisy. Overall outdated Safe was not usable and we did not receive an alternative until the next day. Apparently all safes are not in use anymore. Staff was not very helpful and even ignorant at times.

Everything was lovely and we enjoyed all the hotel had to offer. I hope to be back soon. The only uncomfortable situation was a women bartender in the lounge. She had no personality, no eye contact when speaking to us, no thanks after bill was paid. It was obvious she did not want to be there and was not appreciative of any customer. We never complain of the prices when we are treated like a valued customer.

We have traveled the world and had only one stay/room noisier than the room at the Westin…in downtown Chicago. When we realized we were in the outside corner room where we heard traffic and actual people yelling on the streets, we approached the front desk and requested a room change. We were told that there were no rooms available that were exactly as we had booked through Expedia, so we were out-of-luck. My husband and I would have been happy to relocate to a room unlike what we had booked in order to sleep for those two nights. The gas station in full view of our window had a hoard of police there in the middle of the night our first night, sirens and lights flashing, and we unwillingly saw and heard it all. We would highly recommend soundproof windows if the Westin is going to book this room. Because we were constantly looking out the windows to see if what we heard was threatening, we noticed the windows were definitely in need of a good cleaning.

When we arrived around midnight we were told by the valet we would need to pay him $150 to park our truck. When we refused he asked for $100. We again refused and after an hour of not reaching management for a refund so we could go to another hotel we ended up parking in a local church lot until 8:30am. It is advertised parking would be an additional $22. The front desk associate was pleasant however she lacked the authority to handle concerns several guests brought to her as we checked in. She was great but she should have had an overnight manager on call. The room was okay however between the high cost of the room, unpredictable parking rates, and the lack of breakfast restaurant choices we would not recommend this hotel.

Property great but room service ridiculous. Our Continental breakfast for $37 came in a plastic bag. Danish were in a plastic container- not warm and coffee in paper cups. Plastic utensils wrapped with a small napkin and no plates. Yoghurt came in its plastic Container. We no longer need early days Covid protocol.

This property is in the Old Pasadena area with restaurants, shopping, and other entertainment. I really enjoyed my stay, although, it was short. I would love to come to Pasadena and spend more time in the Greater Los Angeles area. Very fun, safe, walkable and convenient to a variety of areas!

First time at this property and I was amazed by the courtesy and efficiency of the staff. Front desk staff were wonderful. The rooms are slightly dated but large and quiet. Gym was excellent. Too cool for sitting by the pool but it also looked nice. I will return.

I stayed here before and made a decision to choose this Westin Hotel location again. I am so glad that I did. It was clean, the environment was nice, the staff was friendly and the amenities (courtyard, indoor seating, lobby/common area spaces) were great. I absolutely enjoyed my room with the view of the city. Being this close to restaurants, shopping and other attractions was a definite plus.

Easy to find from interstate. surrounding areas where nice. Parking was a pain as scanning my key wasnt always easy. Checkin was a disaster as room especially the beds in 2 rooms had many stains and was told no other rooms available and could cancel if we like, not that easy when you would lose your money. Given back one nights stay of accommodation plus complementary breakfast which to be honest wasnt the best as done on a pricing scale at least water was free!!

The front desk agent who checked me in made a concerted effort to note that because I booked through Expedia, they could not accommodate my request for a room with one bed (I requested a king) and instead gave my husband and I a room with double beds. It feels difficult to imagine a hotel of this size filled to capacity in the one bed rooms, but it did not feel like the desk agent made any effort to try to remedy the inconvenience and rather made me feel like I had made some sort of error.

The hotel restaurant Ventanas has nice outdoor dining. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was super friendly. The adjoining courtyard with a nice fountain, old church and the Civic Center was nice to walk around after dinner. There’s also a few restaurants there if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. Room was clean and spacious, the staff were helpful and friendly. We only paid $17 for overnight parking in the adjoining underground parking structure with hotel validation. The large fitness center was great and it had a nice pool area. We would stay here again.
