This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, such as an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Bevington Bush is a historic district in Liverpool with a rich social and cultural history. It holds historical significance that may interest visitors exploring the city's lesser-known gems. Located just a short walk from the city centre, this district is part of Liverpool's rich cultural tapestry. You can also consider visiting nearby historic sites and neighbourhoods for a more immersive experience, such as the Georgian Quarter, Chinatown, or the Liverpool Maritime Mercantile City, all offering a deeper insight into the city's diverse history and culture.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Liverpool Lime Street, is just a 15-minute walk.

Liverpool John Lennon Airport is about a 30-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
