„dirty room, had someone’s dirty laundry, shower and toilets all stained with brown and yellow stains, door hanger flung off as we walked in, all surfaces dirty, dead bugs at windowsill, bedsheets stained with black stuff. so dirty and poor communication, left after 30 minutes and got no refund whatsoever. also no lock on bathroom door, one of the beds was broken, plug socket broken“

„Check in and arrival was easy, clear location for key pick up. Building was great and the room was very clean. Though upon arrival, there was a strange smell in our room with the bathroom very humid - perhaps a plumbing issue. The staff were helpful upon departure via a phone call. „More a self catering flat than an hotel however We were happy with it. It is in the suburbs of St Helens a distance from the town centre. St Helens Junction train station is about 5 mins walk, and a good little cafe for breakfast less than 2 mins walk. The area was quiet at night and there are a couple of local shops equally close for such things as milk for drinks.We used it as a base to explore the area hence we only used the kettle and the wifi. Would be happy to use again.“

„It was a lovely well equipped air B and B. Very good location and good communication with the owner who got back to me pretty quickly when I contacted her. Very comfortable bed and a nice shower room. Accessible to all even the slightly less mobile. “

„Good base, approx 20 mins walk into city centre. Didn’t realise when we booked the apartment is located opposite student accommodation so as you can imagine on a weekend it gets very busy and very loud. Woke up on the Sunday morning and when we went down in the lift there was blood on the walls and broken glass everywhere outside the property, which although isn’t the hosts fault it’s something to bear in mind when booking depending on what you are looking for in a location. „Localisation incroyable, personnel très sympathique sur place. Je ne mets pas 5 étoiles uniquement car ils n'ont jamais répondu à mes sollicitations par e-mail et que 2 rouleaux de papier WC de mauvaise qualité pour une semaine, c'est vraiment limite et qu'il n'y a aucun rideau digne de ce nom (tout l'appartement, chambre y compris est complètement illuminé dès qu'il fait jour). Mais sinon l'appartement est grand, bien équipé et vraiment une localisation parfaite pour sortir, visiter, profiter.“

„Excellent location, easy check in and out. Parking not available at property but plenty of car parks within a few minutes walk although quite expensive. Had an awful sleep as bin trucks woke the whole house at 5am due to a window that we couldnt close due to being too high up. Place overall clean but did have dirty toilet brushes, dirty windows and needs a fresh lick of paint. But bedding, Kitchen and bathrooms clean. Some mattresses ok others sunken im and uncomfortable. „Ideal location within walking distance of the city centre, and near to supermarkets. My room was en-suite (unusual for student rooms). The person on the reception made me very welcome. Use of a kitchen: fridge, kettle, microwave, etc. was very welcome, as was the tea, coffee, milk provided.“
