„The appartment was really nice and had an own entry to the fenced pool area. The communication was only via email but we got all information needed. The garden area was really nice and the city itself very beautiful. Unfortunately we found a smaller dead cockroach at the fridge when we arrived and a bigger palmetto bug at the last day of our stay. But I guess it's almost impossible to avoid that, as the rest of the property was really clean.“

„Overall this worked great for us. About 2 blocks from the gulf coast. Fishing access on an inlet behind the house and pool was great for us and kids. Out of the way for major island traffic but close enough to the coast to walk and enjoy it“

„Bryce showed lots of hospitality, before even arriving and was quick responding to my questions. Its a perfect place for a small family 1 HUGE comfy bed and a futon pull out if needed . My son was in love with the pool . Thanx for hosting us ! We'll be back :)“

„The property was very clean and the check in process was incredibly easy. Just a couple minor issues like some wall outlets not working and the shower/bathtub not draining very well. They provided us with beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. Close to the beach, shops and dining. Would recommend for couples and families. “

„We had a fantastic relaxing time. My niece and her family were visiting from Australia so there was 7 of us and everything was perfect - layout, cleanliness, equipped with everything one might need for a beach getaway. Would definitely recommend and book this again when having a large party of 7 or more people. “

This house was ideal as it was equally distant from both Siesta Key and Armand Circle with the restaurants and bars and just a short Uber ride.The house was really well equipped and the neighbourhood is lovely and quiet for chilled pool days.Lovely stay and lovely hosts “

„We loved staying on this property. It’s immaculately clean, the pool is refreshing, and the location is central to so many things (downtown, beaches, restaurants). “

„We loved our stay here :) overall very clean! Amenities were plentiful in kitchen and for beach. Owner was very communicative. The pool was a little on green side but it was clean and warm .. I think maybe the chlorine was a little low but was still clean enough that our 13 year old took a few late night swims :)“

„The place was clean, well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was perfect for 2 people. The beach accessories, including the beach wagon, umbrella and chairs were great to have and made our trips to the beach so much easier and enjoyable. Easy walk to St. Armands Circle for restaurants and shops. The host was very nice and easy to contact. Would definitely stay here again. “

„Served out purpose: bed and shower! Could use another light in living area. But it was clean. We did prepare dinner there one night and breakfast all but one morning. Appreciate that linens were supplied. We were totally unfamiliar with Sarasota. I had read about Lido Beach. It is beautiful but I am unable to walk that far. We did park nearby and walk the beach briefly twice.I never did learn how to use the TV to get local stations! If we were going for beach time, would stay there again.“

"Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, so freundlich wie sehr selten. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön, großzügige Flure und Zimmer. Das Zimmer war perfekt, schön groß mit Küche. Das Frühstück war gut, die Kekse am Nachmittag toll für die Kinder."

"A great hotel. The rooms are large, comfortable and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable. Everything is very clean. No noise pollution despite the proximity to the airport. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, which you can regulate yourself. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and very reasonable for 7 dollars. The pool is also very clean and a good size. The concept is successful and is rounded off by the very friendly and helpful staff. I felt completely at ease and will definitely be back."

"Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Für den Strand stehen kostenfrei Stühle, eine Kühltasche und ein Bollerwagen zur Verfügung. Weiterhin kann man sich kostenfrei Fahrräder ausleihen. Leider waren die Tikibar und der Pool geschlossen, was nicht bei der Buchung angekündigt wurde. Das Personal kam und aber entgegen und hat einen Preisnachlass gewährt. "
