„After booking a 3-week stay in March 2024 for March 2025, we were notified in August 2024 that the house was sold and the new owners were not honoring pre-existing rental contracts. No alternative was offered, and our vacation was basically cancelled as it was too late to find another rental for that length of time. Deposits were returned, but again, no alternatives were available. Rental contracts apparently hold customers liable but not the owners. “

„As advertised, we've stayed in the area and chose this location from prior stays near by. Love the location , convenient to all our relaxing needs. Having the 1/2 bath on first floor is a plus. Overall the house was clean, but there was an issue with a pest problem above stove and east wall above the toaster, each morning there was what appeared to be wood shavings, we'd clean up and the next day it would be there again,carpenter ants or termites, whatever it was made us not want to use the ...

„Yes parking was good. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool was great other than the acorns. Floors in the bungalow could of used a good mopping. Brad who answered the phone was alwsys pleasant and willing to help in anyway. Would definitely stay again. Actually trying to put together a family trip and rent all the bungalows. “

„My friend and I enjoyed a two week stay here and it was very accomodating with all our needs; even a laundry room. The decor was quite interesting with portraits and colorful. It's NOT your usual run of the mill, boring place. We highly recommend this location and address as it's close to Bradenton Beach and Anna Marie Island. „It was exactly as listed on here. No problems with the check in it was very smooth as well as the check out process. Location was AMAZING, we were able to walk just 10 minutes to a longhorn to eat dinner and right next to it there was a bar near the beach and we were able to go back to the property just by walking. Really calm the area and the tiny house is very comfortable.“

„Great location. Super cute house. The house was well supplied and the bed was very comfortable. We never got in the car the entire time we were there. We walked for meals, and we walked for evening entertainment. There was even a couple benches about two blocks away that overlooked the water where we sat and had our coffee in the morning. “
