„Beautiful property and lovely backyard. The Riverwalk was perfect for our 2 pups and the host was very quick to respond and very nice. Would definitely stay again.“

„So close to the beach, we loved it!! Theres a golf cart rental place very close i suggest renting a golf cart to head to the heach no traffic, great little coffee shots fox coffe shop and neutilius cafe was great! The home had everything we needed, chairs, umbrella, etc we would def stay again!!“

„Great spot to have for a team playing in IMG events.“

„The property is in very good condition and was very clean and well maintained. Overall, we had a good experience. However, I think the listing should provide more details about how the property is divided and arranged before booking. It would be helpful to clearly specify the layout of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas so guests know exactly what to expect when making their reservation.“

„The house is located in a well-maintained complex with a central pool and other sporting facilities. Taking over and communicating with the landlady was easy. All utensils for the kitchen and bathroom are available. I felt very comfortable and will come back“

„The townhome was nice and clean. The views from the balconies were beautiful. We were able to see manatees everyday and even got to see dolphins from the balcony. The property is centrally located where you can get to Tampa , St. Petersburg or Sarasota in relatively good time. There is a public nearby which was convenient. The host Carmen was nice and answered quickly. I would stay here again.“

„We loved staying here!! Having the garage was a really great bonus especially if you're going to the beach a lot! Pool was super nice and very close so that was great too! I really liked all the beach towels provided as well! Really great and nice place!“

„Great property, location and host …worth the price. Enjoy your stay as much as we did !!“

„a little bit of Old Florida and seaside living. These old beach properties have been substantially renovated and now provide a modern feel. Lots of little touches - beach wagon, chairs, umbrella; gas & charcoal grills; pool; boat ramp and dock; kayaks; etc. - all make for an enjoyable brief stay.“

„Communication was great, property was very clean, and plenty of space.“

„Perfect getaway“
