„House was very clean when we arrived. The place is spacious and no one felt like they were on top of each other. For reference, we had 5 adults and 4 kids under 5 in the house. For planning purposes, the lower level bedroom does not have a bathroom- there is one full bath on the main floor and two on the upper floor. This was a bit of a bummer but definitely not a deal breaker. We could walk easily to the beach (a block) and to the main strip of restaurants (5-15 min depending on location). ...

„The house was a perfect location and the layout was good. The top level(4th floor) is the living/ kitchen area. So the 3rd floor (primary suite & other bedrooms) could hear everything on the 4th floor. Poor sound proofing. Elevator was great to have. Had to call once to get unstuck.But , maintenance came and showed us how to reset and also fixed the broken kitchen sink disposal. They also had to come and reclean all the floors. Our 14 month old feet and knees were filthy! The pool was unusable ...
