„We stayed in excellent VRBO rentals before. Only problem was garbage from previous rentals had never been removed from property. As snow melted we found an old cigar but on deck as well as dog poop. Which we picked up ourselves. The were many different conflicting instructions on what not to do and what to do in regards to heat, water, dishwasher (there is no dishwasher), but there were pods for one? Otherwise, we had fun. „3 families enjoyed our stay at the Tree House! The lay out of the house made it very comfortable for our families to have privacy and plenty of space, while still joining together for meals, games, etc. The kitchen was well stocked. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the pans, etc. We skied and went tubing at Gunstock Mountain. We also went to the Ice Castles in North Woodstock. Wonderful Feb. break...we would recommend this house.“

„Where to begin... The property is as far north in Moultonborough as you can get. It's approximately 12 minutes north of the center of town. The property was not clean, may not have been even broom swept! There was toothpaste on the backsplash of the downstairs sink, the stove had never been cleaned, cobwebs and spiders in various places, stained pillowcases, dishes were left in the dishwasher, the toilet bowls did not appear cleaned either. „This was our first airb&b which much succeeded our expectations. This home was clean, warm, cozy and comfortable! In spite of the weather we rested played games watched movies and enjoyed some cooking!! Just loved the quiet surroundings with a view of the pond and endless walking. Will definitely return!!!“

Premier Zimmer mit Blick auf Treppenaufgang
"Wir haben ein Premier-Zimmer, Balkon, Seeseite mit 2 Queen Betten gebucht. Im Hotel angekommen, haben wir unser Zimmer erhalten und waren leider sehr enttäuscht. Der Blick war auf den Treppenaufgang zum Strand. Grundsätzlich sind alle Zimmer zur Seeseite, jedoch nur teilweise mit gutem Blick und Privatsphäre. Bei der Rezeption nachgefragt ob es ein anderes Zimmer gibt, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass sie nur eine geringe Anzahl an Zimmer mit 2 Queen Betten haben und ich zwischen diesem oder einem Zimmer mit direktem Blick auf die davor geparkten Autos wählen könnte. (Das Hotel war zum Zeitpunkt unserer Ankunft nicht voll). Sehr schade, die Zimmer sind soweit in Ordnung und sauber. Wir werden hier nicht mehr übernachten. "
