„Easy access to the lake. 15 minute walk to a much bigger "beach" area. Full kitchen well stocked with necessities. Keurig for fresh coffee was a bonus. Didn't use the hot ton because it was raining. Fire pit was a hit. Plenty of backyard space for the dog, not fenced in. Great stay with easy to use A/C and heating unit.“

„The photos do not accurately convey how small this cottage was. There is a porch maybe 4 feet deep and 20 feet wide that is unheated and also contains the kitchen. Pass through a sticky door and you're in the bedroom which has maybe 30" of space on either side of a queen bed. There's a sketchy looking ladder to a loft space that a toddler couldn't stand up in. The entire building isn't level. The bed frame was failing to the point that it felt like a sneeze in the middle of the night would ...

„First cabin we had booked was never cleaned from the previous guests. We moved to a second cottage that was okay. Beds were too small for two adults and very uncomfortable. One towel and wash cloth per person is not enough for a week“

„This is a classic old-style cabin that reminded us of our childhood family trips in the 60’s. It’s not new, but a heck of a lot of fun if you’re in the right head space. Easily walked to town for dinner and to the shore. Clean and had everything we needed.“

„The two bedroom cottage I stayed in at Cottage Place during a relocation was really nice. It was very quiet, comfortable, and had everything you could want for a relaxing and memorable stay. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the location right next to Squam Lake was terrific. I look forward to staying there again in the Fall.“
