Im Großen und Ganzen war unser Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und geprägt von großer Gastfreundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit des gesamten Personals. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Foodtruck im Familienbereich, der mit wirklich delikaten Speisen überzeugt hat – ein echtes Highlight!
Ein kleiner Punkt zur Verbesserung wäre die Pünktlichkeit der Animateure, die gelegentlich etwas später als angekündigt mit den Programmen begonnen haben.

"Was man insgesamt sagen kann, dass Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, so die sprachlichen Voraussetzungen gegeben waren.
Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und die Sauberkeit wurde dem Hotelanspruch nach Außen nicht gerecht.
Das Essen in den Themenrestaurants war gut bis sehr gut.
Allerdings war das "Gourmetrestaurant" im Vergleich zu den anderen Restaurants sehr enttäuschend. Mein Dessert "flambiertes crèpe jousette" ist im cointrau ertrunken."
"Melia in Punta Cana ist eine Oase der Natur. So stellt man sich Karibik vor. Sehr schöne Pools, Restaurants und super Zimmerservice (1422). Irritierend ist Doppelgleisigkeit von Melia Caribe und Melia Punta Cana. Letzteres als Adults only Hotel. Dadurch sind sie gezwungen, für die Gäste nicht nachvollziehbar, 2x Hotel Level zu haben, 2x shows Plätze zu betreiben mit gleichen Akteuren. Wir waren wohl 10x in Melia, ich denke die Veränderungen sind evtl nötig, aber ohne uns. Danke für die schönen Aufenthalte "

Bei unserem Besuch hatte der französische Koch offensichtlich Urlaub., auch das asiatische Restaurant war keine Empfehlung. Der Strand hat einen gesicherten Badebereich, wo keine Boote zufahren können. Der Sandstrand ist ziemlich sauber, die Pools ebenso."
