„Alpine Ranch is surrounded by a peaceful country setting, and only a short drive from Santa Rosa grocery stores and numerous vineyards. We enjoyed relaxing under the moonlit sky while gazing at stars. The Farmhouse was beautifully decorated with a fully stocked kitchen, updated bathroom and comfortable beds. We also loved the surround sound system, fireplace, and back deck. The property manager was very welcoming and helpful. We loved our visit and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!“

„We were a group meeting up in one of our favorite cities from 2 different states. We chose Sam’s home to have amazing views while we catch up on life. There was plenty to do and we enjoyed every bit of the property. The views were enjoyed with morning coffee and afternoon sunshine. All the beds were comfortable. The house was right for the 46 and easy to get to. Sam was responsive with all messages leading up to, and on, the trip. Definitely keeping this home bookmarked for future stays!“

„When we first walked into the house, I thought I was dreaming! Every detail in the decor was spot-on. The ball n claw bathtub was amazing, and the bed was very comfortable. There are 3 beautiful bedrooms and even a room to put on your make up, do your hair, etc.. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house is on a winery, and they are super nice with great wines and small plates, try the chicken panini and homemade soup! I would definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you for hosting!“

„So distant family came together to celebrate Christmas over the New Year holiday. This place was perfect for the occasion. Plenty of room, utensils, blankets, towels and seating. Alot of different areas to kickback in. Great place to have a wedding(if they did weddings). Only thing they need is more chalk for the pool table. Finally found one small piece out in garage after looking for awhile. Five stars!“

„We brought our adult children to stay at this house for a family Thanksgiving dinner. The house is really cute and easy to access. There is a great bakery and market within walking distance. There were also some bars and restaurants, but we didn’t go to them because it was a holiday weekend. The decor was charming and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and they left some nice snacks and a bottle of wine for us. We appreciated the details.“
