Welcome to your tropical retreat at White Sands Village #111, a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo perfectly situated in the heart of Kailua-Kona. This inviting space offers the ideal blend of comfort and adventure for your Big Island vacation, whether you're relaxing by the pool, exploring nearby beaches, or diving into Hawaiian history. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests.



Step inside to an open-concept living area, designed for relaxation and connection. The bright, fully equipped kitchen features standard appliances, a coffee maker, blender, and toaster, making it easy to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy casual dining at the kitchen counter or step out onto your private lanai, where a dining table for four awaits for refreshing outdoor meals. Inside, cozy couches invite you to unwind with a good movie or your favorite show on the smart TV.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

• Primary suite: King-size bed, smart TV (live TV and streaming), ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Sliding glass doors open directly onto the lanai.

• Second bedroom: Queen-size bed, smart TV.

• Additional bathroom: Shower/tub combo.

• In-unit washer and dryer. Guests are reminded not to hang towels in the balcony/lanai area.

Other Things to Note:

Please take note of the following important information for your stay:

• Pets are not allowed. A fine will be assessed at checkout if evidence of a pet is found

• Air Conditioning: The AC system is programmed to maintain a minimum temperature of 75°F. An additional fee will apply if you request the AC to be adjusted below 72°F.

• Long-Term Stays (30+ nights): A security deposit and utility fee will be required. The security deposit is refundable after your stay, pending inspection. The utility fee covers essential services and any damages.

• For safety and cleanliness, infants who are not potty trained are not permitted in the pool. Please use the designated kiddie pool for children who are not potty trained. Please note: Any accidents in the pool will result in a closure of 5-7 days for cleaning and a $2,500 fine. Diapers, including swim diapers, do not prevent contamination from occurring.
